1.2 Astrological Reports and Readings: Since these services are personalized and crafted individually, cancellations are generally not allowed once the process has begun. However, if the report creation has not started, you may contact us to request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

2. Refunds

2.1 Consultation Refunds: Refunds are available for canceled consultations, as per the timeline below. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

2.2 Astrological Reports and Readings: Given the personalized nature of our reports and readings, refunds are generally not issued. Exceptions may be made if you experience technical issues or the service was not delivered as specified. Please reach out to us, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
